Teaching Tip- Explore Your Interests!

We are very excited to show you a special sneak peek of the “Explore Your Interests” Lesson 10 video! The photos above are screen shots from the new video. Along with a new Student Journal and a revamped online curriculum launching in the fall, we have created new lesson videos. Our Production Department is currently finishing the editing process for the lesson videos and we can’t wait to share them with you very soon!

The Lesson 10 video focuses on the idea of combining your interests and not limiting yourself to just one interest. Students are encouraged to use their interests as a starting point in building a meaningful life.

The students featured in the video holding the Post-It notes are from Karen D’Brot’s class at La Serna High School in Whittier, Calif., who came for a field trip at the Roadtrip Nation Headquarters in May.

Stay tuned to our blog and Facebook Page for more sneak peeks of The Roadtrip Nation Experience!

Looking forward to Explore Your Interests! I’ve just happened upon this site and will check PBS for the series. I facilitate career planning at a community college in Michigan and am ALWAYS looking for relevant, updated, and “real” materials to share, inspire and encourage thought for personal growth.
